At Chilled Faith, all sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not offered, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, as required by law.

Return

We accept returns within [20 days] of purchase with proof of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging. Non-returnable items include [Gifts Cards].

For defective or incorrect items, contact us within [20 days] for a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is our fault.
